Romance of the Three Kingdoms V (三國志V) is the 5th installment in Koei's famous Romance of the Three Kingdoms series. The game was released for MS-DOS, PlayStation, PSP.

KOEI Corporation did not plan to release an English version of the game, but the USA division sold the Traditional Chinese version of the DOS game for $69.95US by mail order, without technical or game play support.
