"View From The House" is a studio album by Kim Carnes, released in 1988 (see 1988 in music). The album marked a return to her early country music roots.

The album spawned two minor hit singles, "Crazy In Love" and "Speed Of The Sound Of Loneliness", both charting on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks at #68 and #70 respectively. The pop oriented "Crazy In Love" also made it to #13 on the Adult Contemporary chart. In the UK, "Just To Spend Tonight With You" was released as the album's lead single instead.
