Seneca Park Zoo is a zoo located in Rochester, New York. The Zoo covers an area of 12 acres (49,000 m²) and houses 300 animals. The zoo is accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA). The zoo is run by Monroe County, New York and supported by the Seneca Park Zoo Society. Larry Sorel is the Director of the Zoo and Rachel August is the Executive Director of the Seneca Park Zoo Society.

One of the more recent additions to the zoo is the Rocky Coasts exhibit complex, a region dedicated to animals of the polar regions of the world, such as penguins, sea lions, polar bears, and caribou. The exhibit complex is highly recommended for visitors to see. There is also a subterranean viewing structure where visitors can see the California sea lions and the polar bears swimming behind large glass viewing windows.

The Seneca Park Zoo has the only African elephants and orangutans in New York. One of the zoo's elephants was expecting a calf but sadly, the baby never made it out of the womb. Thirty year old Genny C. is New York State's first and North America's eleventh African elephant to conceive through artificial insemination. The baby calf died during labor in March 2006 because Genny C. had troubles in labor.

Presently, the zoo is expanding, with several new exhibits in various stages of development. These include the already-opened new habitat for elephants Genny C. and Lilac, a baboon exhibit that is under construction, and a lion exhibit that is planned for the future.
