Richard Fisk and Tombstone were also imprisoned there and reveal to Robbie that they orchestrated his brainwashing. In "The Prowler," a flashback showed that Hobie Brown was incarcerated there after being in violation of his parole. Though Kingpin arranged for his release after he saved Richard Fisk from an attempt on his life.

The villains escape after Electro knocks out the generator that powers the prison.Film
