"Sweating Bullets" has a music video featuring Dave Mustaine. In the video, Dave is in an insane asylum. While looking at the mirror someone grabs him, revealing it is himself. As the other Dave Mustaine talks to him, other Dave Mustaines pop out and talk. The video feature is based on the lyrics which are about Dissociative Identity Disorder.
