"These Are the Days" is a concert video featuring Estradasphere. The original VHS tape features footage from the band's first tour with their original line-up and accompanying circus side-shows. The video was directed and edited by David Murray and Chip Yamada and was released independently in 2000.
"These Are the Days" was re-released on DVD as a "special collector's edition" on October 3, 2005, with an additional hour of footage. The DVD release was produced and directed by Chip Yamada
