When a young girl is kidnapped from her home, a fast food worker miles away collapses on the job, apparently experiencing exactly what the child is feeling. * The title takes its name from the French term "
oubliette ", derived from the French "oublier", "to forget". It was used to refer to a holding chamber for prisoners who those in authority desired to forget. It was/is used to refer to a dungeon which was accessible only from a hatch in a high ceiling. To exit an oubliette was impossible under any circumstances, without outside help.* Holly Conway, a radio personality for The Beat 94.5, was in this episode.
