Jean-François Larios (born August 27, 1956 in Sidi-Bel-Abbès, Algeria) is a former football midfielder from France, who earned seventeen international caps (five goals) for the French national team during the late 1970s, early 1980s.

A player of AS Saint-Étienne (1978–1982), he was a member of the French team in the 1982 FIFA World Cup. However, he had to leave the France camp during the tournament after rumours surfaced that he was having an affair with the wife of Michel Platini.
