It also features Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy, however, whilst both had parts in this short they did not officially become a duo until several months after this film was released. It was directed by James Parrott (Charley Chase's brother), produced by Hal Roach and distributed by Pathé. It was shot in 2 reels, but only the second survived. The first is considered lost.

Plot
A husband (Chase) is being divorced by his wife (Edna Marion). She recounts his cruelty, abuse, and drunkenness before a judge (May Wallace) at court. His lawyer (Laurel) attempts to defend him but only succeeds in making his client look worse. Oliver Hardy has a small part as a police officer.
