Animal Crackers (1937 comic strip)

"Animal Crackers" was a comic strip that ran intermittently from 1937 through 1952, and was the work of Dick Ryan and Warren Goodrich. "The San Francisco Chronicle" has described it as a "snappy little one-frame strip [that] featured a variety of animal life dealing with various silly situations of a human nature" and as a comic "which went on to acclaim in syndication."Adolphson, Sue (August 23, 1992).
