Giles, 1901Culex tritaeniorhynchus is a species of mosquitoes which transmits Japanese encephalitis. This mosquito is a native of northern Asia, and parts of Africa (Northeast and Sub-Saharan). The females target large animals for blood extraction, including cattle and swine.
