Jeanette Lunde (born
28 March 1972 ) is a former Norwegian sportsperson who competed inalpine skiing andsailing . She competed in both Winter andSummer Olympics .As an alpine skier she finished eleventh in the
downhill discipline at the1994 Winter Olympics . Her highest placing in theAlpine skiing World Cup was a 66th place in 1993/94.In 1997 she sustained a knee injury which forced her to quit alpine skiing. She took up
sailing and participated in the2000 Summer Olympics in the Women's Double Handed Dinghy (470) event withCarolina Toll . Ranked seventeenth in the world before the contest, they finished sixteenth at the Olympics.References
