Valentinus Paquay

Valentinus Paquay: Valentinus Paquay (Tongeren, 17 November 1828 — Hasselt, 1 january 1905), born "Joannes Ludovicus" ("Jan Louis"), also known as "the holy father of Hasselt" (diminutive), was a Friar Minor. He has been beatified by Pope John Paul II in 2003 and is commemorated on 1 January, the day of his death.
