André Laframboise

Andre Laframboise is a Quebec municipal politician in Gatineau, Quebec. He is the councillor for the Lucerne district in the Aylmer sector of the city.

Laframboise was a councillor for the former city of Aylmer between 1991 and 2001 and was also a member of the Outaouais supra-organization Communauté Urbaine de l'Outaouais.

Laframboise attempted for council in the 2005 municipal election after then-incumbent Alain Labonte did not seek for another mandate for health reasons and successfully took the seat.

In 2006, Laframboise sought the an idea of creating a new municipal political party. He criticized the 2005 mayor-elect Marc Bureau for his influence and for not informing council members that has a different vision. In addition of his political career, Laframboise also worked at RE/MAX as a real estate agent and at CHOT-TV and TQS as a marketing representative.
