* City Councilor of Lésigny, Seine-et-Marne (France) and initiator of Lesigny-Leingarten twinning (France-Germany);
* Founder and 1st President of Rencontres Franco-Allemandes, -RFA- Twinned cities Annecy and Bayreuth;
* Editor of News Bulletins BJI, Allemanda, writer of articles of Press and portraits of personalities, among others Michel Jazy, Claude Serre, Claude Gaveau, Dr. Maurice Mollard, Hermann Eppler;
* Author : 9 works. Subjects are : history, sociology and genealogy.
