Eurasia . Some species are found in theAmericas , one inNew Zealand , and two inNorth Africa . "S. madagascarensis" is found inMadagascar . Some species can reach a body size of more than 2 cm.Also recently on (Wednesday 10th September 2008) a news article came out in Gloucestershire that the species had reached Cheltenham in the UK. I believe the town that they found them in was called Tredworth.pecies
