Rahul Bhandari

Rahul Bhandari is the Founding Managing Director of Paras Ventures LLC, an investment and consulting group for high-tech companies. He leverages over fifteen years of experience in venture development, M&A integration, and leading large-scale complex change programs to help companies succeed on a strategic and tactical basis. Previously he co-founded Accenture’s Business Launch Center, served as Vice President of Business Development and Alliances and led top management projects for global high-technology companies. He developed strategies to help global enterprises win through innovation as a Research Fellow at the [http://www.accenture.com/Global/Research_and_Insights/Institute_For_High_Performance_Business/ Institute For High Performance Business ] , Accenture's prestigious strategy think tank.

Prior to Accenture, Mr Bhandari was founder and Practice Manager of the Global Management Consulting Group at Thomson Corporation providing strategy and business integration services in their transformation from publisher to a sophisticated e-commerce information services competitor. He also led acquisition due-diligence and enterprise transformation of publishing companies in the US and South America. Prior to Thomson he provided enterprise system integration services in healthcare and telecommunications industries as co-founder and Practice Director of the Advance Technology Consulting group at DynCorp. DynCorp was acquired by Computer Sciences Corporation for $950 Million. Prior to which he developed strategic corporate information strategies, managed emerging technology and data warehousing engagements, and was expert in Computer Aided Systems Engineering as Principal consultant at Oracle Corporation. Prior to Oracle, Mr Bhandari managed technology and business process re-engineering projects at INTELSAT (International Telecommunications Satellite Organization). He has worked directly with government agencies, Fortune 500 and international companies in the US, Canada, Australia, Europe and South East Asia.

In the local community, Mr Bhandari is involved in several nonprofit activities and helps nonprofit boards with strategy formulation. Mr Bhandari completed his postgraduate studies in management at the Harvard Business School and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He graduated from the Executive International Business and Leadership program at McDonough School of Business Georgetown University in two years. Mr Bhandari earned a BA in Computer Science and Business Administration from Northwestern College in three years. He holds five master level certifications in Oracle technologies.
