Jason Murphy (born August 7, 1982 in city-state|Baltimore|Maryland) is an American football offensive lineman who is a practice squad player for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League. He was signed by the San Diego Chargers as an undrafted free agent in 2006. He played college football at Virginia Tech.

Murphy has also been a member of the Seattle Seahawks.
