variants with their own articles = The Antonov An-8 (NATO reporting name: "Camp") was a twin-turboprop-engine light military transport aircraft developed in the early 1950s and built in the GAZ-34 factory in Tashkent. It was withdrawn from front-line military duties in the 1970s and many were transferred to Aeroflot. A few aircraft have been spotted flying in Africa, although Antonov withdrew the airworthiness certificate of the type in 2004, thus ending any legal use of the aircraft.
