Charlotte Ramsey is a fictional character in the book series "Beacon Street Girls" written by Annie Bryant. The Beacon Street Girls is a children's book series aimed towards promoting self-expression and healthy lifestyles to 9-13 year old girls. Charlotte Ramsey is one of the 5 main characters. She is the self-acknowledged "klutz" of the group and enjoys reading, writing and traveling. She is kind, sensitive, and soft-spoken. Charlotte's house in Brookline, Massachusetts has a tower which the Beacon Street Girls use as a meeting place. It is also home to the BSG's pet puppy, Marty. Her dad is a writer and professor who has made her move from Tanzania, Australia and Paris to Brookline, Massachusetts where she grew up and now lives.

She has blond hair, green eyes, wears purple-framed glasses, and said, "Stars and books" have always been her best friends. Charlotte is one of the five Beacon Street Girls... Katani Summers, Maeve Kaplan Taylor, Avery Madden, and Isabel Martinez.
