Joyce Tang Lai Ming (zh-ts|t=滕麗名|s=滕丽名, born January 20, 1974 in Hong Kong) is an actress of Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB). She entered the show business via the New Talent Singing Awards in 1995. She is better known to viewers as a tough woman mostly due to her characters in dramas, particularly her role as “Chan Sam Yun” in "Armed Reaction" .

Her ex-boyfriend Marco Ngai who is another actor of TVB. They fell in love while filming as a couple in "Armed Reaction". Not surprisingly, they played the roles of Emperor and Empress in the 2005 TVB series "The Prince's Shadow" as a couple. Reports say that they broke up due to their love disappearing and that Marco Ngai met new girlfriends right after the break-up. Fact|date=April 2008
