Leandro Gracián (born August 6, 1982 in Buenos Aires) is an Argentine football player, who plays for Boca Juniors in the Primera División Argentina.

Gracián started his professional career with Vélez Sársfield where he was part of the team that won the Clausura 2005 tournament.

In 2006 Gracián joined Mexican Club de Futbol Monterrey, but returned to Argentina the following season to join Boca Juniors.
