Stacey Adams

Stacey Noel Adams is an American media executive who was recently named Vice President, Current Programming, CBS Entertainment. Her boss is David Brownfield, Senior Vice President, Current Programs; while Brownfield's boss is Leslie Moonves.

In her position, Adams oversees the creative direction of "The Class", ', and '. She also oversaw "3 Lbs", which she developed and championed during her three years at CBS Paramount Network Television (2003-2006).

As Executive Director-Drama Development at Paramount, Adams was involved in the development of "Numb3rs", "Criminal Minds", "Jericho" and "Medium". From 2001-2003, Adams teamed with Marla Ginsburg/Vertikal Entertainment as Vice President, Series Development at Fremantle Media.

Adams attended USC School of Cinema and Television. She began her career as a theatre producer and actress and appeared in a few films, but quickly made the switch to film and television production as a director's assistant to Ken Olin. She compiled six years of production experience in features and one-hour dramas as head of development for Ken Olin Productions.

Born June 17, 1966, she is the daughter of actor Don Adams and his second wife Dorothy Bracken. She is the sister of actress Cecily Adams and the sister-in-law of actor Jim Beaver. She is married to Pascal Van Dooren and has a daughter, Ámelie.
