Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center is a station on Metro and Foothill Transit's El Monte Busway. The station is an island platform on a separate right of way near Interstate 10, the San Bernardino Freeway. The station is located near the Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center. The entrance to the station is provided by a bridge that can be accessed from Pomeroy Avenue.
