Bjørgulv Froyn (born
23 September 1945 inOslo ) is a Norwegian politician, and a member of theNorwegian Labour Party .He has been in the
Stortinget representingOslo since 2001.He was also a representative from 1977 to 1981 for Socialist Left Party.
He was leader of
Norsk Kommuneforbund (1986–1994)tortings committees
