KwaZulu-Natal Experimental College is a private co-educational college, located in Pinetown, near Durban, South Africa. It was established in the year 2000 as an NPO. Its name is derived from the philosophy on which it's programmes are based; experimenting with education and community development, and the province in which it is located; KwaZulu-Natal. The college is accredited by the South African Qualifications Authority. It offers an intensive 12 month residential course; the Development Instructor Programme that includes 6 months of practical and theorietical training in community development and 6 months volunteer work at a community project in Southern Africa.
