Gene Davis is a Democratic member of the Utah Senate, representing the 3rd District ( [http://se16.utahsenate.org/perl/spage/distmap03.pl map] ) since 1999. He currently serves as the Minority Whip. Previously he was a member of the Utah House of Representatives from 1987 to 1998.
