Carlos Miguel Brandão Fernandes (born 5 May 1978 in Lisbon) is a Portuguese footballer who plays in defence, currently for Club Sport Marítimo.

During his professional career, the product of Sporting Lisbon's youth system (1991-97) represented, among other clubs, C.F. Os Belenenses (2002-04) and Boavista F.C. (2004-05). In January 2006, he joined Sporting Braga.

On July 2008, Fernandes signed with CS Marítimo, who had just qualified for the UEFA Cup.
