Hooks Wiltse (born George Leroy Wiltse on September 7, 1879 in Hamilton, New York; died January 21, 1959 in Long Beach, New York) was a pitcher in Major League Baseball from 1904 to 1915. He was the brother of baseball pitcher Snake Wiltse.

On July 4, 1908, Hooks Wiltse hit Philadelphia Phillies pitcher George McQuillan, the 27th batter in a previously perfect game. Wiltse continued to pitch, winning the game 1-0 in a ten-inning no-hitter. Between 1904 and 1914 he combined with Giants teammate Christy Mathewson for 435 wins, making them the second-best lefty-right duo in Major League Baseball history.
