West Trenton Line

West Trenton Line

The West Trenton Line is a planned commuter rail service that would be operated by New Jersey Transit, connecting West Trenton Station with Newark Penn Station in the USA. The train would connect with the Raritan Valley Line at Bridgewater. As of 2004, New Jersey Transit's estimate of the cost of creating a passenger line to West Trenton was $197 million. Currently the railroad tracks are used by CSX and there are no station platforms along the line except at West Trenton, which is currently used by SEPTA R3 West Trenton, a commuter line to Philadelphia.

Following Hillsborough, connect with Raritan Valley Line at Bridgewater. After Bridgewater, all Raritan Valley Line Stops to Newark Penn Station
