"The It Factor" was a reality television show on the Bravo network. It followed actors trying to lead successful careers.
The show lasted for two seasons. The first season profiled actors in New York City and the second season profiled actors in Los Angeles. Notable actors who appeared on the first season include LisaRaye, Michaela Conlin (who went on to become a regular on the TV series "Bones"), and Godfrey (who became a spokesman for 7 Up).
