"B.O.M.B." [http://www.sohh.com/2008/09/update-busta-rh.html] is the eighth studio album from rapper Busta Rhymes. It is scheduled to be released on December 9, 2008.

Background

The album was originally going to be called "Before Hell Freezes Over" then "Back on My Bullshit", then "Blessed" and now it will be called "B.O.M.B." (the acronym for Back On My Bullshit) [http://www.sohh.com/2008/09/update-busta-rh.html] It was also originally planned for a release in December 4 2007; however, it was delayed to June 17 2008, and then July 1 2008. It is now scheduled to be released on his newly signed label, Universal Motown.

During an interview with MTV News Busta Rhymes mentioned that he will be working with longtime collaborators as well as some people he's never had the chance to work with before. The first single was originally going to be "Watch Ya Mouth" featuring Swizz Beatz, but then it was changed and will not appear on the album and was dubbed as a street single. Don't Touch Me (Throw da Water on 'em) then became the first single. Although not confirmed to be on the final release of the album, Rhymes teamed up with Travis Barker for one of the latter's underground hit "rock remixes", with the homemade YouTube video having more views than the official single video.
