Steltor was a Montreal (Canada) based
collaborative software (calendar ) company. It was founded in 1988 byAndré Courtemanche under the name DEXOTEK, laterchanged name to Corporate Software and Technologies before settling on the nameSteltor and its red chameleon logo. It was acquired byOracle Corporation in2002 and its technology has since been incorporated into Oracle Collaboration Suite.Before their acquisition, they marketed their software directly under the brand CorporateTime Calendar. They also produced the groupware calendaring product used in older (3.x, 4.x) versions of
Netscape Navigator through an OEM deal withNetscape Corporation and Hewlett-Packard-branded HP OpenTime around the same time.
