United States of America andCanada , as well as countries likeJapan ,Korea , Britain,Romania , andMexico . It is widely known among the locals, as well as theAdventist churches across the province and even across the border for its youthorchestra andchoir . It serves as both a high school and an organic carrot farm, using vocational education to help with weed control. The school offers a summer vocational program which allows students to learn different skills in a safe environment.Every other year Fountainview Academy goes on a mission trip over its spring break time, the two most recent being
Guatemala andPanama . There the students learn what it is like to live in poorer conditions and how to be a more effective witnessing tool. They also participated in the disaster relief project afterhurricane Katrina .Fountainview Academy is affiliated with theSeventh-day Adventist Church , although it is not directly owned or managed by that organization. It is unofficially known as one of the Seventh-day Adventist self supporting institutions.See also
