Wilhelm Heinrich, Duke of Saxe-Eisenach (b. Oranjewoud, 10 November 1691 - d. Eisenach, 26 July 1741), was a duke of Saxe-Eisenach.
He was the eldest and only surviving son of Johann Wilhelm, Duke of Saxe-Eisenach and Amalie of Nassau-Dietz, his first wife.
Wilhelm Heinrich succeeded his father in the duchy of Saxe-Eisenach when he died, in 1729.
In Idstein on 15 February 1713, Wilhelm Heinrich married firstly with Albertine Juliane of Nassau-Idstein. This marriage was childless.
In Berlin on 3 June 1723 -eight months after the death of his first wife-, Wilhelm Heinrich married secondly with Anna Sofie Charlotte of Brandenburg-Schwedt. Like his first marriage, this union was childless too.
He died without descendants and was succeeded by his second cousin, the duke Ernst August I of Saxe-Weimar. The union between Eisenach and Weimar was only nominal until 1809, when they are formally united.
