Evan "Kidd" Bogart (born
January 23 ,1978 inLos Angeles ,California ) is a multi-faceted music executive and songwriter who has contributed to long list of internationally successful artists. From a young age he wanted to follow in the family tradition and started working at Interscope Records as an intern when he was 16 years old. Former Interscope Records President
Tom Whalley took a chance on him when Bogart turned 18 and promoted him into the A&R department. Under Whalley's supervision, Bogart aided in the coordination of various projects most notably for2Pac as a project coordinator and hip-hop iconEminem as an A&R. It also been widely reported that Bogart was responsible for scouting and bringing Eminem into Interscope Records.By the age of 21, Bogart had moved into management while moonlighting as A&R Consultant for Warner Bros Records. President Tom Whalley, his former Interscope mentor. In his management career, he formed the now defunct BAT Management alongside partners Walter "Walt Liquor" Taylor and Jordan Feldstein. Under BAT Management and in conjunction with other managers Joseph "3H" Weinberger, Justin Trugman and Todd Bird, he was responsible for and/or assisted in the careers of Grammy Award winning
