Associated Northcliffe Digital ("AND") is the digital publishing arm of Associated Newspapers and Northcliffe Newspapers Group, part of the Daily Mail and General Trust. It was formed in mid-2006 from Associated New Media, Associated New Ventures and Northcliffe Electronic Publishing.
A number of blogs are published either under the official aegis of AND or by AND employees.
Shortly after its formation in 2006 AND won the " [http://www.aopconferenceandawards.org.uk/win2006.asp?m_pid=0&m_nid=9113 AOP's Online Publisher of the Year award] ".
According to " [http://www.dmgt.co.uk/mediacentre/newsreleases/20061123/3653/ DMGT's preliminary annual results] " on 23rd November 2006, AND generates annualised revenues of £90 million with a profit margin of approximately 20%.
