South Aiken High School is a four-year public high school located in Aiken, South Carolina. Approximately 1,500 students attend the school. It was recognized as one of the top 800 high schools in the country.

Nationally-acclaimed programs at South Aiken HS include the academic team, both regular and NJROTC, and the SAHS chapter of the National FFA Organization.

Sports

South Aiken High School's mascot is the Thoroughbred. South Aiken is very accomplished in golf(Having won the AAAA State Championship in 2004, and placing second in the 2008 season with only one senior.) , tennis, and soccer, winning the Men's Soccer state championship in 2005
