Edenic diet

Edenic diet

The Edenic diet is a vegan diet that claims to make a person healthier and holier. It incorporates self-reflection, guilt and self-righteousness, and has the follower eat only plant-based foods. The diet's name comes from the Biblical story of the Garden of Eden and is supposed to mimic the foods the characters of Adam and Eve are assumed to have eaten.
