John Flamsteed Community School is a comprehensive secondary, or high school, in the village of Denby, Derbyshire, England named after Sir John Flamsteed, the first Astronomer Royal, who was a native of Denby.
The school consists of two main sections - an old section and a newer section, often referred to as the 'old school' and 'new school' by students. The school's "specialist" subjects are maths, computing and science.
