Leninsky City District ( _ru. Ле́нинский район) is one of the city districts of Perm. According to the results of the 2002 Census, Leninsky City District is the least populous with 57,569 inhabitants (constituting 5.7 % of population of Perm).
The city district is called after Vladimir Ilyich Lenin, a Russian revolutionary and politician.
October 4, 1954 in the center of Komsomolsky garden in front of Perm Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre the monument to Lenin was installed. The author of this monument was Soviet sculptor Georgy Vasilyevich Neroda, a corresponding member of USSR Academy of Arts. [ru icon С. А. Торопов. "Пермь: путеводитель." — Пермь: Кн. изд-во, 1986.]

The city district is situated on both banks of the Kama River.
