Pachycetus

Pachycetus: "Pachycetus" was a mysticete (baleen whale) described by Van Beneden from the Oligocene of Germany. It is now considered a "nomen dubium". It is not to be confused with "Pakicetus", an early terrestrial archaeocete cetacean.
