hair color=Brown Allison Paganetti (born February 21, 1984) is a beauty queen from North Kingstown, Rhode Island who has competed in the Miss USA pageant. She is also a first lieutenant in the United States Army.

Paganetti won the Miss Rhode Island USA 2005 title in a state pageant held in late 2004. Paganetti is a 2002 graduate of North Kingstown High School and has studied Kinesiology at the University of Rhode Island.
