Blue Angels Alumni Association

Blue Angels Alumni Association

The Blue Angels Alumni Association is an organization of past members of the United States Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron, otherwise known as the Blue Angels.

On November 9, 1996, the first meeting of the Blue Angels Alumni Association was held at 0800 hours at the Fleet Reserve Building located at 1504 West Intendencia Street, Pensacola, Florida. At this meeting, it was by a unanimous vote that the creation of the Blue Angels Alumni Association would be formed. Its charter is to preserve and support the continuing military traditions, honor, camaraderie, team work, and history of the United States Navy Blue Angels. In commemorating the commissioning of the Blue Angles Alumni Association, the fifty-six past team members who attended the first meeting and paid their dues will be known as Plank Owners.
