"Alpha" is the sixth studio album by alternative metal band Sevendust. It was released on March 6th, 2007.

"Alpha" is the band's second album featuring Sonny Mayo on lead guitar and the first with him as part of the writing process. It is also the first album by the band to be released under the Warner-affiliated Asylum Records, making Sevendust the only rock band at the moment on that label (with the rest being hip-hop and rap artists).

The album debuted at number 14 on the U.S. Billboard 200, selling about 42,000 copies in its first week.
