SPDP (Shev Puri Dahi Puri)

A foodstuff available in most parts of Maharashtra.

This is a light snack made of flat puris garnished with mashed potatoes, chutneys and other condiments.

An alternate and more credible fullform is Sev Potato Dahi Puri. It is usually savoured in the early evenings. Popular belief goes that the tastiness of spdp is inversely proportional to the cleanliness of the panipuriwallah who serves it.
