Harry Jackson is a fictional character in the American soap opera "The Bold and the Beautiful". He was played by actor Ben Hogestyn from August 2006 to November 2006.
Character
Harry was introduced as an old friend of Nick Marone (Jack Wagner). His father had died in an accident involving an oil tanker, of which Nick was in command.
Harry was a confidante to Nick when he discovered that Nick had slept with his stepdaughter Bridget (Ashley Jones), to whom Nick was once married.
He then developed feelings for Phoebe Forrester (MacKenzie Mauzy). He became concerned when Phoebe began getting close to mysterious gardener Shane McGrath (Dax Griffin), who Harry believed was bad news. Harry was physically violent towards Shane on several occasions, as he believed Shane was trying to rape Phoebe. Harry supported Phoebe while her mother Taylor (Hunter Tylo) was on trial for the vehicular manslaughter of Darla Forrester (Schae Harrison). Taylor was exhonerated and Harry has not been seen since.
