Shawano County, Wisconsin , in the town of Hartland. Slab City was founded as a small settlement by immigrants in the 1800s. Slab City is located one mile south of Bonduel onWisconsin Highway 47 . Slab City is home to the MCC Slab City Quarry as well as a scuba diving store. The small community is also home to its very own microbrewery called Slab City Brewery, which has a Beer named Old 47- after the Hwy that runs though the center of town. Slab city also has a local church.Geography
Slab city has hilly terrain all the way though town. Slab city borders a river and sits partially in a valley and partially over the valley banks.

Transportation
State Highways 29 and 47 Both run through Slab city and provide both north-south (Hwy 47) and east west (Hwy 29) trade routes that spand the entire state. Slab city is well connected to large cities Like Appelton along Hwy 47 and Green Bay along Hwy 29.
Snowmobile trails also provide much fun and transportation to and though this town during the winter months.
