Long-Berenger Oil Agreement

Long-Berenger Oil Agreement (April 1919) was an agreement between France and the United Kingdom over oil rights. This agreement delimited the oil interests in Russia and Romania, British (British Mandate of Mesopotamia) and French colonies.
