Will Holt (1929 – 1989) was a twentieth century
book writer andlyricist most noted for his work on the Broadway stage during the 1970s.Born in Portland, Holt is best known for his book for the 1974
Andrews Sisters musical, "Over Here! " and for his Tony nominated play, "The Me Nobody Knows". He is also known for the English lyrics of Lemon Tree to the tune of the Brazilian folk song "Meu limão, meu limoeiro". He studied withRichard Dyer-Bennet .Broadway Credits
